Our Portfolio

Star-Naturdarm is recognized as a largest natural hog casing producer in Russia. We make selection and calibration at our own EU-approved selection factory in Moscow region. The factory comply with international HACCP and ISO standards. In 2016 we produced 80 million meters of hog casing.

We also produce wide variety of food ingredients that add value to our customers' products and enable them to meet market demands and supply a wide variety of artificial casings including fibrous sausage casings and collagen sausage casings.

Sufficient part of our hog casing production is consumed abroad. Our international range of clients gives us a thorough knowledge of the market and consumer demands in the EU.
